Charity Willis is more than a firearms instructor—she is a force for transformation in the lives of women ready to take ownership of their personal safety, their awareness, and their power. Her work is rooted in a simple truth: every woman deserves to feel capable, prepared, and unapologetically strong.
As a devoted mother of three strong, independent adult children, Charity has entered a new chapter—one fueled by purpose. That purpose? Equipping women with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to protect themselves and those they love. Because for many women, the decision to learn self-defense isn’t hypothetical—it’s personal.
Charity understands that.
And she meets it with empathy, strength, and action.
With over a decade of instructional experience and an extraordinary list of credentials, Charity brings both depth and credibility to everything she teaches. She is a certified instructor through leading national organizations, including the USCCA (since 2022) and the NRA (since 2010), and holds multiple certifications in everything from Women’s Handgun & Self-Defense, Concealed Carry, and Home Defense, to AR-15 Fundamentals and Less-Lethal options such as ASP & Sabre Pepper Spray, Axon Tasers, and Byrna Self-Defense Launchers.
She is also:

- A Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Police Certified Basic Firearms Safety Instructor

And notably, she achieved a perfect score (300/300) in the Massad Ayoob Group MAG40 Armed Citizen’s Rules of Engagement—a benchmark of both technical knowledge and critical decision-making under pressure.
But her impact goes far beyond certifications.
Charity is the founding facilitator and was the lead instructor for A Girl & A Gun – Southern NH Chapter (2023-2025), and the visionary behind the PEARLS of PELHAM, a 2A Women’s Society at Pelham Fish and Game Club(2025)—a rapidly growing community dedicated to empowering women in the shooting sports while building connection, confidence, and collaboration.

As a USCCA Training Counselor, we are assisted in our classroom, and on the range, by several independent USCCA Firearms Instructors furthering their education and training.
What we do:
Our mission is to provide safe, professional, and confidence-building firearms training that empowers individuals—especially new and first-time shooters—to make responsible, informed decisions in defense of themselves and others. Through hands-on instruction, a supportive learning environment, and a commitment to excellence, we develop not just skills, but the judgment and mindset required to carry responsibly in the real world.
We are very experienced instructing first time and beginners, as well as advanced shooters. We've taught thousands of students, including hundreds of women to learn how to safely handle and shoot firearms . We provide basic through advanced levels of firearms training. We conduct USCCA Instructor Certifications and NRA Range Safety Officer Courses. We are responsible for certifying hundreds of USCCA Instructors and NRA Range Safety Officers across New England.
We provide our classes in a welcoming environment, in a modern, climate controlled classroom. Our class size is kept small to provide students the best opportunity for learning. Firearms safety courses are conducted in Salem, New Hampshire. USCCA Instructor Certification conducted at our location and at hosted sites throughout New England.
