The goal of the United States Concealed Carry Association Instructor Program is to enable our instructors to effectively teach the responsible, safe, and effective use of self-defense firearms in accordance with state and federal law.
Since 1871, a major objective of the National Rifle Association has been to provide education and training in the safe and proper use of firearms.
This course is regulated by the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification. The Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearms Permit is valid in up to 36 states. Multi-State Concealed Firearms Permit.
An applicant must submit to the licensing authority a basic firearms safety certificate from instructors who are certified by the Massachusetts State Police to teach a basic firearms safety course.

USCCA Firearms Instructor Certification Workshop. The USCCA trains, certifies, and equips instructors in the discipline of carrying defensive firearms. Our instructors receive quality training and support and must demonstrate their competence and ability to teach others in a classroom environment.
